Shipping

Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped from my studio in Baztan. At the moment, I ship withing Spain (Mainland and Balearic/Canary Islands). If you would like to receive a work from another country, please get in touch and we´ll see what can be arranged.

Preparation times may vary between 3 and 7 business days depending on the piece. Once shipped, delivery time will depend on the courier service.

You´ll recive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Returns

All original works and handmade stationery items are created by hand and carefully checked before shipping. For this reason, returns are not accepted, except in exeptional cases (damage during transport or other errors).

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it, sending photos od the package and the item.

I will do my best to find a solution.
